T his week, CNN reported eleven dead and decomposing female bodies found in the Cleveland, Ohio home of Anthony Sowell, 50, a reported sex offender. Police originally came to Sowell’s home after neighbors reported a naked woman falling out of Sowell’s second story window. Neighbors also had complaints about a foul odor permeating from Sowell’s home. The bodies found were in various stages of decomposition and one was decapitated. The skull was later found wrapped in a paper bag and sitting in a bucket in Sowell’s basement. The judge presiding over this case denied Sowell bond.
